What would you like to do with the existing emails/contacts/calender events in this users mailbox.
YOU can run this export, and store the backup locally on your PCs / network or move to a cloud storage platform but YOU accept full resposability. Once the email is removed from our servers YOUR copy will be the only copy of the mailbox and any associated files.
Simply Solve IT can store a backup off site, we charge a one off £70 to run this archive, then £5 a month to store the data, we can restore to any PC and allow you search as and when requested.
